Terms and conditions of use

Rule 1

Shipments are made by Avrora International S.r.l. located in Cardano al Campo (Va) Via del Dosso, 62, VAT Code IT-03783750122, in the following named "Avrora".

Rule 2

Only customers of majority age may place orders

Rule 3

Placing the order, the purchaser declares to have accepted the sales conditions as well as the payment terms offered for the purchase.

Rule 4

Pictures and descriptions as well as the technical data are orientative. Avrora may not be charged for eventual misundestandings or mistakes due to them. It is safeguarded the return right. 

Rule 5

the products availability is updated till 17:00 PM of any working days (public holidays excluded). Thus, it cannot be totally accurate. Confirmation is therefore the shipping data email. If more than an item is missed, Avrora will inform the purchaser who can decide to review or to cancel his order.

Rule 6

Payment can be made with Paypall or Credit Card.

Rule 7

For matter of safety, shipments will be made with express courrier in Europe. Avrora cannot be charged of any responsibility for any delays or courrier's mistake or in case the address is wrong or dalivery cannot be made since none at the drop off address.

Rule 8

Avrora reserves to itself not to accept the placed orders; the order shall be considered accepted only once shipment will take place and it will be duly emailed.
